Acceptance of Terms

By using Wisal Club — either as a customer holding a loyalty pass or as a business using our tools — you agree to these terms.

What Wisal Club Provides

Wisal Club provides a digital loyalty pass, delivered through Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and tools that let participating businesses record visits and manage rewards.

Wisal Club does not process payments and is not a point-of-sale system.

Eligibility and Use

Customers use a loyalty pass to participate in a specific business's loyalty program. Rewards, thresholds, and program rules are set by the participating business, not by Wisal Club.

Business Responsibilities

Businesses using Wisal Club are responsible for honoring the rewards they configure and for how their staff use the scanning and reward tools.

No Warranty

Wisal Club is provided on an "as is" basis while the platform is under active development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wisal Club is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these terms or change the service as Wisal Club develops. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

A business or Wisal Club may end participation in the loyalty program at any time.
