Overview

Wisal Club ("we", "us") provides a digital loyalty platform that lets participating businesses reward returning customers through a pass stored in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

When a customer joins a participating business's loyalty program, we create a loyalty pass associated with that business. The pass is identified by a unique code and does not require a name, email address, or phone number to use.

We record visit and reward activity associated with the pass — for example, when it is scanned and what rewards are earned or redeemed — so the loyalty program can function.

For business staff who use the Wisal Club scanning tool, we collect a work email address to sign them in.

How We Use Information

We use this information to operate the loyalty program: recording visits, tracking progress toward rewards, updating the wallet pass, and letting staff record and redeem rewards at the point of service.

Third-Party Services

To deliver a loyalty pass to a customer's phone, we work with Apple Wallet and/or Google Wallet, which receive the information needed to display and update the pass. We use Supabase to host our database and to sign in business staff.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this site or in our tools.

Data Sharing and Sale

We do not sell customer information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers described above, which are necessary to operate Wisal Club.

Data Retention

We retain pass and visit information for as long as a business's loyalty program is active, or as needed to operate the service.

Cookies

Our website and staff tools use only the cookies necessary to keep a signed-in staff member logged in. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking.

Your Choices

A customer can remove their loyalty pass from their wallet app at any time. Businesses can contact us to request that a customer's data be deleted.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as Wisal Club evolves. We will post the updated version on this page.
