How it runs at your counter

Questions from restaurants

Do guests need to give their phone number or email?

No. Joining asks for nothing by default. A guest can choose to share their name later if they want to hear about offers.

Can waiters scan at the table?

Yes. The scanner runs in the browser on any phone, so whoever closes the bill can scan the pass right there.

Yes. On Growth and Pro, a guest's visits and rewards are shared across your branches.
